Contributions
The conference will include invited lectures (40 min + 10 min of questions), submitted lectures (15 min + 5 min for questions) and poster presentations.
The deadline for submitting abstract for lectures is now elapsed but you are welcome to send abstracts for poster presentation until 1st February 2006.
Conference proceedings
Invited and submitted lectures will be published in a special issue from the Food Colloids book series edited by the Royal Society of Chemistry. Authors are asked to submit their manuscripts to the Conference chairmen (E. Dickinson or M.E.Leser) not later than the last day of the Food Colloids 2006 conference.
Poster presentations
Authors giving a poster presentation will have the possibility to have their work published in a special issue of the Food Hydrocolloids journal. Manuscripts will be normally peer reviewed before acceptation for publication. The deadline for submitting manuscripts to Prof R. Mezzenga or Dr C. Schmitt is 30 May 2006.
