In order to ensure that your hotel room is already booked for your stay at the conference, please download and complete the hotel reservation form indicating your hotel choice from the given list. The Montreux Convention Center will send you back a confirmation letter will all details concerning the hotel you will stay at.
Please note that, except for the Youth Hotel, the Montreux Convention Center has negotiated that delegates occupying a double room will only be charged at a single person rate.
