Innovations in nutrition research at the Nestlé Research Center target specific health benefits through food including: growth and development, protection, digestive comfort, weight control, performance, health and beauty and healthy aging. These targeted research areas demand a multidisciplinary approach of the physical, biological, medical and social sciences.
